I'm Blogging!
Well, here I am, finally attempting to figure this blogging process out, once and for all. I've tried a few false starts over the years, however the technology seems to have made it EVEN more understandable for me. Let's see if this grand experiment actually works. YES I CAN! I probably shouldn't get political in the first attempt here.
I had a wonderful morning with 2 elementary assembly programs in New Jersey. I packed up my teaching bags, computer, and drawing pens and was on the road by noon. It turned out to be a very nice 7 hour drive north to Plattsburgh New York. Rain, trucks, windshield wipers...when I caught glimpses of the Catskill Mountains they where beautiful!
I LOVE MY IPHONE! On that note, my younger brother got into a major car accident yesterday...he is okay!!! However, really a reality check with my use of the IPHONE GPS navigation while driving. It only take a moment, a Milli-second, 1/200th of a blink of the eye to miscalculate a crucial decision. Hang up the phone and DRIVE! Easily said than done, I know. So today, I pulled over often to take business calls. When I was driving and talking, WITH EAR BUDS, I kept both hands at 10 and 2, focused, really tried to keep both the concentration on the road as the 1st layer of priority, with the phone conversation a much lower layer. STILL, I found myself geographically time warping ahead 20 or 30 miles during a conversation.
Okay, so now the big test....to post this and not loose it like my first attempt. Wish me luck.
